Experience Full Body Health Potential

woman enjoying coffeeAre you reactive or proactive when it comes to your health? Do you want to patch a problem or get to the root of it? That’s the difference between the two primary types of chiropractic care. Let’s look at each:

Crisis Care

This first type, crisis care, follows more of a medical model, used only as an approach for addressing some type of symptom or crisis. An example would be someone coming in for back pain, getting adjusted, and only returning when they get back pain again. If you manage your health from crisis to crisis in such a way, your results will often be unpredictable. There is an alternative: corrective care!

Corrective Care

The second type-corrective care-is what our clinic pecialises on.

“With this form of chiropractic, there is a structure to your care, with clear objectives,” said Dr Blake Horner (Chiropractor).

Naturally, you’ll want to get out of pain as soon as possible, so the first goal is to help you resolve whatever current symptom or crisis you may experience right now.

Then we correct what is causing the problem, and ultimately teach you how to preserve that correction. Doing so allows you to experience your body’s full health potential throughout your life.
